Colt Detective Special
Colt Detective Special Revolver: This small-frame, 6-shot SA/DA revolver is primarily found in .38 Special configurations with a 2" barrel. Originally introduced in the late 1920s, it remained in production until the mid-90s. A very popular gun for concealed carry, it is slightly larger (and carries one more round) than the similar S&W J-frame series. The standard overall size of this design is 7".
